Valentine heart pancakes

So happy to get a present from Daddy!!

We celebrated Valentine's Day in many of different ways this year. On Sunday, we made heart pancakes and cookies. Aiden had a party at his school where he received lots of valentines from his friends as well lots of goodies. Later that evening, his grandmother came over for a short visit to deliver the kids gifts (stuffed animals and candies). On Valentine's Day, I celebrated with my students through crafts and cookie decorating. When I got home from work, I gave kids their presents (candy and other goodies). And of course, most important of all, Daddy sent us a flower cookie bouquet. Super yummy and so cute!! Thanks Daddy!!

Yet another holiday has come and gone without Mike and all we can do now is count down until the next holiday when he will be back home with us. We are almost there!!
