10 MTHS OLD

Aiden has just made 10 mths old. He weighs about 17 lbs. 13.7 oz and is about 28 inches long. He is definitely getting a personality. Most of the time, he is really funny. Aiden enjoys getting into EVERYTHING. He is now a handful and keeps me on my feet. Lately he has been sleeping 9-10 hours a night with 3 naps during the day. He truly loves eating mommy and daddy foods now. We have to make sure that he isn't watching if we want to eat in peace. Aiden has made some new friends this month as we have started our own playgroup and have joined another here on Fort Polk. He has also started to babble a lot more. He can say ba-ba, goo-goo, and ga-ga. He has recently started to show another tooth, which will be number 8. Very soon, he will be eating steak dinners as well =) What an entertaining little guy!

His new discoveries are:

* He can now scoot all over the place, sometimes getting up on his knees
* He entertains himself by throwing his toys and then chasing after them
* He has discovered how to make ticking noises with his tongue
* He can see himself and others when looking in the dishwasher and the stove
* He can climb onto the dishwasher when opened
* He can open the drawers by himself

His accomplishments are:

* He takes a bath sitting up
* He has started moving from his belly to his side, almost to the sitting position
* He can stand when holding on to something
* He can pull up on things
